A dog is a cherished family member — never a prop.
We just love them too much to want them to be anything but themselves.
We started N&H because we wanted better for our own dogs than what we kept finding on the shelf — so we made it ourselves, the way we'd want it made for them.
The mark, up close
Our logo isn't a font somebody picked off a list — it's built the same way we build everything else: two real letters, woven together on purpose.

Nina
Steady, gentle, first through the door. The one who made us start paying attention to what actually fits a real dog's life.
Woven together
Hanna
Curious, a little wild, always testing the seams. If it survives Hanna's zoomies, it goes in the line-up.
Look closely at the mark and the strokes actually pass in front of and behind one another — not just two letters side by side. That's intentional: it's how we try to build product too, form and function woven in from the start, not stacked on top of each other later.
What we believe, in practice
Our manifesto isn't a poster on the wall — it's what decides which sketches make it to production.
Not props, not dolls
We love our dogs because they're dogs. Every design starts from their natural shape and instincts, never from dressing that away.
Every dog is different
Some dogs live in their sweater. Others tolerate a bandana on special occasions. Knowing your dog is what matters — we just make sure it fits either way.
Purpose over decoration
A protective layer for a cold walk, a favorite bandana, a seasonal piece — every design has a job to do first, and a look second.
Built for real dog life
Mud, grass, wash cycles, and zoomies. Everything we make is meant to hold up to the dog in front of us — a nice studio photo is just a bonus.
We build products that protect and complement our dogs without ever restricting who they are — celebrating their instinct to explore, run, and just be dogs. This is the foundation of a multi-phase pet ecosystem, built on the quiet, unspoken bond between dog parents and their dogs.
Curious what this looks like on a dog?
Phase one is bandanas and a handful of dresses — with more on the way as we build this out the same careful way.
